Recognizing
the
need
for
an
internet
presence
as
the

popularity
in

A.R.O.Y.
first

Since
that
time,
the
website
has
undergone
several
major
revisions,
growing
with
each
re-design,
into
what
you
see
today.
Not
only
is
it
a
means
for
communication
between
the
National
Board
and
the
local
chapters,
but
it
also
serves
as
a
means
of
educating
the
world
about
who
we
are,
what
we
do
and
what
we
believe.
Chapters
are
invited
and
strongly
encouraged
to
share

photos
about
their
activities.

has
existed
under
the
leadership
of
various

and
come
together
at

as
well
as

In
