Joseph & Amy Bologa [July

Saturday, July 26, 2008, at 1:48am, Past President Joseph Bologa and his wife
Amy welcomed into the world their new baby boy, Mark Joseph. Mark is their
fifth child, joining big brother Luke and sisters Rachel, Abigail &
Anna. The Bologa's live in Clinton, Ohio, where they are a part of the
Presentation of Our Lord Parish in Fairlawn/Akron. We wish them many happy
and healthy years.

Saturday, July 19 at the Holy Nativity Romanian Orthodox Church in Chicago, Illinois, where they
reside and are active in the parish. Celebrating at the ceremony was His Grace, Bishop IRINEU, assisted
by parish priest V. Rev. Fr. Simion Pavel, assistant priests V. Rev. Fr.
Ioan Lupescu & Rev. Fr. Nicolae Izbasa, Hdn. Sebastian (Dumitrascu), and
other visiting clergy. The honor of Nașii
(godparents) went to Mr. & Mrs. Mihai & Mioara (Mindea) Secheli.
We wish Lisa & Viorel many

and
God's
blessings
in their marriage.

Dan Hoarste

Mr.
Dan Hoarste, National A.R.O.Y. Past President, graduated in May 2008 with a
Master of Divinity Degree from
Holy
Cross School of Orthodox Theology in
Brookline/Boston,
Massachusetts. While at the seminary, Dan was his class president, was
active in number of organizations, traveled to Africa for Mission work,
traveled to Greece and Istanbul (Constantinople) to represent the school, and
maintained an academic standing at the top of his class. He, together
with his family, is an active member of Sts. Peter & Paul Romanian
Orthodox Church in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, where they reside. His
future plans include returning to Holy Cross this fall to continue his
education.

plans
to
be
married
in
August
of
this

couple
resides
in
Northfield,
Ohio
(East
of
Cleveland)
where
Michael
is
a
business
consultant
and
Alexandra
is
finishing
her
masters
degree
in
education
at
the
University
of
Akron.

School

Illinois.
