Chapter Reminders

CHAPTER ROSTERS
By now, all chapters should have received and completed the Chapter Rosters.  Please be sure to submit them to Alexandra Pac-Urar immediately if you have not already done so.  In order for the National A.R.O.Y. Board to better communicate with your chapters, we need to have the most up-to-date contact information.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
If your chapter treasurer hasn't submitted it already, chapter membership dues must be sent to the National A.R.O.Y. Treasurer, Kristina Persichino, as soon as possible.

Also, keep in mind that chapter work month project contributions are also due in the upcoming months.  Please hold your event and send the profit to the National A.R.O.Y. Treasurer as soon as possible after the event.  We can only accomplish our collective efforts when we all work together.

A.R.O.Y. CONFERENCE DELEGATE ROSTERS
All chapters are to elect delegates to the National A.R.O.Y. Conference (to be held this year in Chicago, Illinois) by no later than the month of May.  Please send the names and addresses/phone/email to Lisa Nemes as soon as possible.

CHAPTER UPDATES
The A.R.O.Y. Website and The A.R.O.Y. News need YOU to be an active voice in their activities!  Please send a short article (at least a couple written paragraphs) and photos about any event sponsored by your chapter.  Everyone enjoys reading about the activities and seeing pictures from our friends across the country.  Please make this extra effort.
