Each year at the Annual Conference, delegates elect an Executive Board to carry out the decisions of the Conference, to initiate and implement programs and projects consistent with the decisions of the Conference & purposes of A.R.O.Y., to work to establish new A.R.O.Y. Chapters, and to conduct all other business of the organization throughout the year.
